    ok to increase dosage??

    my cycle was
    30 mg d bol a day
    500 deca a week
    500 test a week
    i decided to run a 16 week cycle and i was wondering if for the last month if it would be ok to up my dosage of test?? i have one cycle under my belt 30mg d bol 500mg test a week..

    imo,that would be a waste ,by 12 weeks in i dont think an increase of test is gonna make a difference. from what i here the receptors start to get use to it by then thats why you dont just keep going for ever cause the gains start to deminish. maybe a vet could clarify a bit better.

    You dont need to be planning on increasing test like that unless you find your gains coming to a halt during those last few weeks. If youre still gaining on what you are taking, there isnt a need to increase at all. More isnt always better. IMO 16 weeks is too long a cycle, ive run those too and the last 2 or 3 weeks for me are usually a waste.

    imo i def wouldn't run deca for 16 weeks my buddy did and it messed him up real bad,very hard recovery nad he's nott recovered fully yet and it has been 6 months

    I think you are asking for more sides to kick in and not more gains to embellish what is going thru you mind, right now. Focus on your diet and training in the latter part of your cycle. It is what your body really needs at this point. Everyone eventualy comes around the bend and the tree certainly does not grow to the sky.


    I would be planning out and refining my potential PCT strategy at this point if I were you to ensure the retainment of your gains. Also concentrate bringing your body back down to normal where it should be. Did I mention focus on you diet?
