Test P and Tbol - 8lbs in first week???

I recently (last week) started my new cycle consisting of:
    60mg Test P - e/d (for 12 weeks)
    40mg Tbol - e/d (ramping up to 50mg/ed 2nd week, and 60 for weeks 3-8)
    50mg proviron e/d
    20mg nolvadex e/d
I also might be adding 50mg/ed winny in for weeks 8-12.

I'm 31. Lifting since 16. 5'10", now weighing 198. Body Fat is about 14% or so.

After 1 week I was up 8lbs. Now, this being my 8th or so cycle (and my 3rd with Test Prop) I know this isn't normal (and most/all is probably water). Too keep bloat down I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day, eating well, and with the proviron and nolv, I would think the bloat would be kept to a minmal but my face is definitely getting puffy. AND then there are these 8 pounds. I'm not neccessarily complaining but I wouldn't think these results are typical. I've ran a test prop and tren cycle (and more mg than I'm running now) and didn't see these kinda results. The only thing that is annoying is how puffy my face is after just 1 week. I was thinking about running Exemestane (aromasin ) but it being an AI like proviron (and expensive as hell) I opted for the nolvadex. Thoughts on puff reduction?

letro, nothing touches it for water retention control. its' def stronger than ldex/adex/aromasin /ect. and it's the cheapest out of all them

Not to sound like a d*ck, but your stats arent very impressive considering your on your 8th cycle.

Something could be off in your diet or training regime.

Thats what I was thinking. I have some friends who don't even workout with more respectable stats than that.

Ah, what is a string without a few flames, eh? It's called a shoulder impingement, caused from 15 years of baseball, resulting in recent shoulder surgery and 4 months having to lay off heavy weights during physical therapy. But hey, thanks for answering the question....

Probably due to a change in diet, or water weight.

Did the surgery help? I have this problem on both my shoulders, but was told by alot of folks to avoid surgery at all costs. And that you won't be able to go heavy on lifts afterwards...

Shoulder inpingement relative to other shoulder injuries isnt that bad of a surgery. I have had one and Im benching well over 300lbs with regularity. You just need to do your rehab and take it slow. It sucks though because when your down you cant even lift legs without pain in the shoulder. I got really fat and out of shape after both my shoulder surgerys from baseball as jakspro did. But all it takes is time and patients.

While it is better than it was (I was able to pop it in and out of socket before), it's definitely not a complete fix (as least not yet). I've been doing PT forever and honestly I can't tell if it's getting any better at this point or not...I'm starting to think I'm just gonna have to deal with a certain level of pain. And I certainly can't throw weight around like I used to. I have to be real careful and strict (and use less weight) particularly on flat and decline bench and certain bicep curls. Curiously military press doesn't hurt at all.
