if it's a lab test i would imagine so... they can tell if it's a male or female urine. haven't you seen that episode of seinfeld where elaine eats poppies and fails her drug test. then she convinces her boss to let her take another test and she ate poppies again so she had jerry's mom pee for her? the test came back that she was going through menopause... maybe your work will think you're going through menopause. how funny would that be in real life?
