I'm not sure what "a clump of stuff" looks like, but my Hcg looks like white powder in a ampule. First you need to establish how manu iu's of Hcg is in that "clump of stuff". The normal values are 1500 and 5000 iu's from what I have seen.
Next you need to get some bacteriostatic water. This is what you will need to mix with the "clump of stuff". Now you will have to determine how much bacteriostatic water to mix in.
If you want to a 1000 iu's per day solution (at 5000 iu concentration) mix it with 5ml of bac water. This will give you 1000 iu's per ml. If you want to use another amount of iu's, do the math.
To mix it, draw 1 ml of bac water in a syringe. Open ampule and add the 1ml from syringe. Powder (or clump of stuff) will dissolve immediatly. Draw solution (1 ml) into syringe and inject into sterile 10 ml vial. Draw the remaining amount of bac water (in this instance 4 ml) into a syringe and inject into the vial. Do not agitage the solution by injecting into it. Inject to the side of the vial and let it flow down the side of the glass.
You are done. Store in the fridge for up to 30 days. Draw with a insulin syringe and inject the required dosage sub Q.
