    Putting on pounds for newbies

First off i just want to say thanks to everyone that has given me advice so far. I have been working out for the last few years but i have been really hitting the gym hard these last few months and i was getting stronger but didnt really seem to be putting on much weight. I drink tons of water and have intense workouts but still couldnt figure out what was wrong. Thanks to some advice I figured out that my biggest problem was not eating enough. I know im still new at this but the best advice i can give to anyone like me is as your diet improves so will your size weight and strenght for sure.

Yes, indeed. I was a hard gainer and just started eating more. Within the last2 weeks ive gained 15 lbs. i suspect 5-10 of that is fat but nonetheless, it is quite an improvement. Now imagine if i juiced it lol.

It is hard to beat that into a lot of these younger folks around here. Diet is the most important aspect of this lifestyle.
