steriods and Heart attacks

I have heard that steriods can cause heart attacks but I only have known pros that have heavily geared for years and years to get heart attacks I want to know your thoughts on gear and heart attacks

The media over exaggerates the side effects that come with aas, I haven't heard of anyone dying from a heart attack and the coroner positively pin pointed steroids as the sole cause of it. They can cause heart problems but I think people have heart attacks because of added factors that stress the heart like abusing other drugs ect...
