And those are far from "sick results " man, seriously.
-

I think his results are pretty good actually IF all those numbers you throw around are true. At 5'7" I can't see his starting weight prior to much more than 150-157lbs.. so 30 to 40lbs of lean muscle mass (25% of his own body weight) in 3 years would be impressive...as to equally a 200lb guy put on 50lbs of lean body mass...
imagine what it could have been like others say!

have you got pics of your mate???

He's 5'7'' 187lbs, and has been juicing for 3 years straight.
Ok....Why are you bragging on him again?
Does he do anything? Powerlift, bber, sports? Or does he do pushups to the refridgerator each day to get his HGH and back to his bench press?

WOW, 460 at 19. I should have started earlier. I had a buddy who played baseball and later got drafted by the yankees. He was 6'5'' maybe 195, threw 81-82 mph coming out of highschool. Went to college did one cycle put on 30 lbs of muscle and was hitting 96 mph on three different pro scouts radar guns at a scout camp he and I went to the following summer. I was only hitting 87 to 88 I wish he would have told me then what he was up to. LOL

I could see it strengthening his core/legs to an extent, but you either have a fast arm or you don't.

Don't you think the strength of a muscle would help determine the speed of which it can be moved hellmask? Or no....?

That's true, But in my eyes fast twitch muscle fibers play a big role in how fast one can throw. Some either have the talent or not, then Practice/tecnique increases this, not AS.
I can see someone how trains and throws constintly having a big increase in arm speed if he knew how to use his body well. Example before he threw mostly arm , because his legs/core lacked power/strength.
Now , with the help of steroids he is able to throw with more body allowing the arm to whip over the top much faster. Not necessarly adding more power to the arm, but more power to the body to transfer to the arm.
Just my theory.

True, but the requirements of some throwing sports in flexibility. Having upper body bulk is still counterproductive. Upper body relaxation, being able to keep the arm back behind your hips etc...When having a 55inch chest and 19 inch arms that might be a tough one lol.

If he's 19 and had been juicing for 3 years straight with NO breaks then he should be above 200lbs by now... especially with the HGH. I'm 19 and I just started HGH in mid-December.... I've gained over 25lbs of LEAN MASS already. (GET THIS - I'm NOT on any Anabolics right now, either!)

Nah this stuff happens actualy. Its NOT BS. One of my buddies is 19, hes about 5 foot 6 and 190lbs lean around 8%. Been on juice NONSTOP for about a year now. Takes high doses (2 grams test/week) and bridges cycles...so never comes off. Anyways hes benching 4 plates (405) for a few reps, competes as well.
LOL Like we tell him, its easier to jump over him then walk around him. Kids MASSIVE

Also, senior year in high school I repped 405lbs when I weighed 215lbs. I was on 500mg/wk Test Enth and that's it.
BTW... proportionately if I were his height I would weigh 228lbs

Where are you gauging your proportions from?
5'6'' 180lbs would look much bigger/bulkier than someone 6'3'' 215.
By the way, gonna send you a PM.
