    should i throw some clen in

    i cycle on my bike every day for 2 hours... 40 kms a day. basically for fitness and to lose excess fat

    i have some clen . would it make much difference to start on that as well as a booster for the fat loss?

    well IMO try ur best 1st by adjusting ur diet and workout then think abt clen ..etc.

    i know wut u mean but what am trying to say is if ur diet is not in check the clen wouldnt do much, so check ur diet 1st then start with the clen.

    yeah might diet is pretty spot on

    i've lost quite a bit of fat already... abs are starting to show. just wanted to boost it a bit

    although ppl talk of a clen crash mid afternoon... i ride my bike home from work again... i dont want to be all sleepy for a 20km bike ride

    can we have some more stats and training history? Clen is serious buisiness with serious side effects. Have you considered trying an ECA stack first?

    So... you cycle every day for 2 hours a day for the past 4 years and still have 15% bf? this doesnt make sense...

    There are many other safer ways to boost fat burning man, I think clen is a little risky for what your looking to do, Id look into an ephedrine/caffeine stack. Just my 2 cents

    no mate i've only just started cycling this year. when i said training i meant as in weight training sorry

    I've used clen before. it worked well

    reason i ask if its summer in western australia. there is an event coming up next month... hot weather dance event = shirt off

    I wanna trim up as much as i can in the next month so i thought clen might give me that boost

    what do u think?

    clen may reduce your cardio ability but it will most definately cut off the extra fat ,you should probably take it easy and monitor your heart and blood pressure while cycling when you start clen so you dont over do it clen is powerful and can easily have your heart throbbing with minimal workout im currently using clen im at 140mcg wk 4 i used clenn for 4 wks prior to this and was loosing 1/2 lb a day right now im loosing maybe 1/4lb a day so almost time to cycle off for a couple wks .

    oh man i'm not sure if to just stick to cardio of use then clen haha
