    Need More WEIGHT

    I've been lifting for years. I weighed 123 lbs at graduation did a long cycle of equipoise and got up to 152. since then i've stuck with d-bol deca equipoise off and on. currently i'm doing 50 mg d-bol every day and 375 mg of sustenon a week. This is my fourth week. i'm currently 163 lbs and 5'8. but i want more. what do you recommend to get to 175. i have access to alot of goodies. but just stressed cause i want to be bigger.

    i'm 27. eat everything i can. protein shakes steaks chicken tuna lots of carbs i have a nice build but just frustrated cause i want to be bigger. i eat alot of junk and still keep a low bodyfat %. and really dont do cardio..

    be patient dude, stop the Dbol after 4 weeks and run the sust at 500mg for 6 more weeks.

    you should have a diet which list the macros: pro/carb/fat and the total kcal of ur daily intake of food instead of eating everything u can .

    if i cut out the d bol and up the sust. to 500 mg should i stack anything else. with it. how many weeks at 500 mg. and as far as eating goes. alot of protein and carbs.?

    Diet is gonna get you to your goal weight, NOT STEROIDS , if you can't eat correctly then you are wasting your money and body stress on AAS.

    You got to eat to grow!! but eat properly

    i would tell u to do more research but i could just as easyly help you. what i would say to do is this. use the Dbol for 4 weeks total, seeing as your on week 3 end it in 1 week. bump the sust to 500mg a week, and run that for 10 to 12 weeks total, so being week 3 , 7 to 9 more weeks. make SURE you run pct after this, i would suggest clomid/nolva. you can get it using ar-r for about 100 dollars ( including shipping ) pct is very important because this will prevent gyno related sides and insure u keep much more of your gains then you would otherwise.

    and as far as diet is concerend, try and eat clean foods high in protean and complex carbs, every 3 hours. grab urself a weigh gainer shake to havea as a Meal replacement, and another good meal would be buffalo burger and brown rice ( personal fav ). chicken / potato bread / pita bread /tuna / mayo. all good to help get weihgt on . try to aim for 4000 calories a day. 225-250 grams of protein, and a decent ammount of carbs.

    edit : hah sry i did not realise you were in your 4th week, drop the Dbol and bump sust to 500mg.

    You need to know how many calories you eat daily and how many come from protein/carb/fat...all the juice in the world wont put solid muscle on you unless you know how to eat properly to build muscle

    thanks alot.. i will start to get my diet in check. I actually thought i knew alot about steroids . being on this site makes me realize i dont; I will start doing more research. thanks again.

    Instead of eating everything you can. Sit down for a couple hours and plan out your meals for the day, and keep track of how many grams of protein,fat,carbs, and cals your taking in.

    This will help you greatly in the future.

    Make sure you are really getting 3500-4500 cal/day. Somehow I don't think that is what you are doing. No reason you can't get up to 180 naturally.

    i think half of it is, YOU AREW IMPATIENT!!! you started two threads that pertain to ONE question, posted them 20minutes apart, can't wait you gain mass! just slow down, get you diet in check, and do things the right way. nothing good ever comes easy.

    yes please take note that their is a thing called LIFE, making 8 meals a day when MOST of us have to work, it is not a very realistic thing to say to sombody. I could sit here with my pocket calculator adding all the calories and protiens and carbs ect: desiging the ultimate bodybuilding diet, but it has to fit in with the individuals daily routine, and to be quite frank, tuna tastes like shit, you don't have to kill yourself to get protiens down you, suffer a bit mabe. Shawn ray and arnie never counted their calories, stop complicating a perfectly straightforward situation on gaining mass.

    Triple H, Dorian yates never ate totaly clean foods to bulk up, infact Triple H was told to eat pizza and stuff to help him gain weight, that advise came from a professional bodybuilder and guess what? IT WORKED!! That was after he was struggling to grow by trying to eat too many clean foods like baked potatoes and stuff that he read from bb magazines.

    I agree that things don't have to be perfect for most people, b/c it's impossible for some routines and work schedules to eat like you say every 2 hours. But this is a great basis to go by and get a good outline and knowledge of what you need to eat. And even though you cant eat every 2 hours, most everyone can do a better diet than they currently do. You can't just tell someone to go eat a ton of food..It doesnt work that easy..You have to learn the basic knowledge of the breakdowns of food and how much of each you need for your own personal goals. Especially before turning to AAS.
