clen (pump liquid) dosage question?

wondering if anyone could give me some info as to how to regulate the dossage on the liquid version of clen with the pump?
(use to the pills)

10 pumps=1mL
10 pumps=200mcgs
1 pump=20mcgs


aaand this dosage that was just posted

WEEK 1
Monday - 20mcg
Tuesday - 20mcg / 20 mcg
Wednesday - 40mcg / 20mcg
Thursday - 40mcg / 40mcg
Friday - 40/mcg / 40mcg
Saturday - 40mcg / 40mcg
Sunday - 40mcg / 40 mcg

WEEK 2
Monday - 40mcg / 40 mcg
Tuesday - 20mcg / 40 mcg
Wednesday - 40mcg / 40mcg
Thursday - 40mcg / 40mcg
Friday - 40mcg / 20mcg

I should think of it as 1 pump = 1 pill?

Dosage conversion is right, but you really should spend a few bucks and get a some oral syringes instead of the pum because it's alot more accurate.

Liquid clen is a little nuts I would rather go with pill form then liquid.
