Question 7 weeks to contest thinking about creatine for the next 2 weeks

Ok Im about 7 weeks away now, my doasage on t3 has gone up to 125mcg, I will be starting trenbolone in march, at the moment Im taking primo, sus and wintsrol but I was thinking of stopping my winny and taking it with tren in march, so in the meantime I want the pumps to keep comming, is it early enough to add creatine in the place of winny for now? Or would I risk getting bloated.

Im dropping my carbs each week, and eating more carbs at weekends.
    Any imput would be appreactiated.
    Thanks

He's helping bump your thread bro.. chill out

It all depends on your reaction to creatine... some people bloat some dont. have you ever done creatine before?

Yes sorry kuad and thanks for bumping my thread Anyway I do hold a bit of water with creatine but not as much as the adrogenic steroids , I think I can clear all the water out within one month.

Im just in 2 minds weather to take the winnie all the way through or wait until my trenbolone arrives and take it with that. In the meantime I thought if Im having 2 weeks away from winnie I could benefit with creatine.

    Thanks again

I always bloat from creatine and strength gains are very minimal, best used between cycles imo.

I would have took it only for 2 weeks so I dont think I would have got that bloated. I think if I was on creatine for a long period of time than maybe it would take me a long time to get rid of the water. But on a very short time like 2 weeks????

Isn't Winstrol notorious for lingering in your system for up to a year? I guess it can be cleansed out of your system then?

Ive dropped my sus down to low dosages and its my last week of sus. I only bloat alot on sus when Im over 750mg per week and dont take anti e's.

So from next week it will only be tren ,winnie and primo.
Ive decided to drop the creatine idea as well.

    My diet

    DIET - Weeks 9 & 8

    06.00 am training

08.00 12 egg whites, 1 apple, protein shake

    10.00 100g rice, 1 apple, protein shake

12.00 red meat, salad (tomato, lettuce, cucumber), protein shake with 10g flax seed oil

    14.00 100g bread, 1 apple, protein shake

16.00 tuna or chicken or fish, protein shake

    18.00 100g maltodextrin, 1 apple

    18.30 pm training

20.30 chicken or turkey or fish, salad, protein shake

    21.30 run (20 - 30) minutes

This diet is to be followed Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, as many carbs as desired are allowed.
Training is performed Mon to Sat with Sun off. Running is performed every night.

This diet is the diet for the weeks 9 and 8, competition being at end of week 1. The times on the diet are
as an example and they should be modified to suit ones needs.
However, DO NOT miss meals and DO NOT swap them
    around!!!
The aim here is to only have the amount of carbs
outlined on the diet. Fat is absolutelly minimal.
Protein is at maximum. On this diet, you should never
feel hungry. If you do, eat more protein.

After 2 weeks of this diet, you will drop the
maltodextrin carb meal. Two weeks later, you will drop
the bread carb meal. Two weeks after that, you will
drop the rice meal. That will leave you 2 weeks on
virtually no carbs. Don't worry, by then, the body is
used to using fat for energy, so you won't have any
problems. The hardest days will be the first week of
your diet, until you will get used to using fat for
    energy.

When you drop a carb meal, replace it with a protein
    meal.

On the weekends, you can have as many carbs as you
wish, but they have to be CLEAN carbs, so no
    McDonalds!

wouldnt it depend on the type of creatine your taking? doesnt monohydrate make you retain more water than CEE?
