8th Week Progress. What Do You Think?
HEY GUYS JUST ANOTHER UPDATE ON PROGRESS.LAST TIME I POSTED WAS IN FOURTH WEEK OF DECA ,TEST EAND D BOL. STARTED 218 24% BF.AT FOURTH WEEK WAS 227 22% BF.((( NOW IM STARTING WEEK 8 AND TODAY WAS 18% BF WITH CALIPERS AT 220LBS!))) FOR A WHILE I WAS THINKING THIS AINT WORKING,BUT I STILL BEEN EATN, DOING AM CARDIO AND WORKING OUT LIKE A SAVAGE AT NIGHT EVEN THOUGH MY JOINTS ARE KILLING ME! SO TODAY I FOUND OUT ITS BEEN WORTH IT!!! DROPPED 6% BF AND STILL ABOVE MY STARTING WEIGHT!!! ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TRANSLATE HOW MUCH FAT I LOST AND MUSCLE I GAINED? AGAIN STRTED AT 218 24% BF AND NOW 220 18% BF

218 @ 24%= 52lbs of fat and 163 LBM
220 @18%= 40lbs fat and 180 LBM
so it look like you gained 17lbs of muscle while losing 12 lbs of fat
GOOD JOB, but starting out an AAS cycle with 24%BF is kind of high.
Deca should be helping your joints not killing them

sweet! yah i think i just have a bad shoulder. started kind of high bf do to coming back from hernia surgey.still have 4 wks to go would like to see 15% is there a formula for the % bf to muscle ratio?

started as a bulker. i started doing am cardio and i finaly got diet good (not perfect) and this is whats heppening? im suprised too gaining 17lbs muscle and losing12lbs fat so im riding it till the wheels fall off. just think if i do a cutter next! i think the letro has helped alot for the water staying away.the d bol bloat goes away after you stop week 4. so im doing the ultimate some how cutting while gaining lbm.

im taking in about 3000 cal....between 250 to 300 protein....60-75 fat and about 200 carbs. six meals a day. 30 yrs old. for cardio 5-6 days morning 35 mins hrt rate 125-130. treadmill 10 incline 2.5 mph
