baking fina
I am making my first batch of fina and i have heard different things about baking it. Some people have said to bake it because the sterile filter doesnt sterilize the final product and others have said not to bake it because it will ruin the fina. Can anyone help me with this? Should i bake it or not?

I bake, but am not sold on the fact that you have too. My next batch won't be cooked.

I'm not going to risk baking it. If there is a chance it degrades the fina it is not worth it.
The BA and 0.45mic filter will get rid of bacteria. I mean there are soooooo many people who have made fina without baking and have not gotten infections.

baked my first batch and never again. I only put it in a preheated oven for 5 minutes so the solution is homgeneous.
I've done about 10 batches without baking. no infections.
