First Mild Cutting Cycle

I need some criticism on my planned cycle. I'm 22 I weigh 191lb at 14% body fat 5"11. Here's my planned cycle along with the usual nolva and clomid for pct

EQ - 400mg weekly for 10 weeks
Primo Depot - 400mg weekly for 10 weeks
Anavar - 40mg/day for 10 weeks

PCT
WEEK 11: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Daily
WEEK 12: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Daily
WEEK 13: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Daily

What do guys think of adding some Test Cyp? - I want to keep weekly dosages. Thanks everyone.

looks excellent. if adding the cyp. add @ 250mg EW maintainance dose and good to go...if you haven't done mix as such b4 you will be pleased for sure...

Dieting/cardio is key to the cut...try to drop a few bf% prior to commencing..

That's right bro I got a good diet in mind i'll definitely consider your opinion on the test.

i read somewhere that if you use anavar that it shouldn't be run past 6 weeks??? not 100% but just though might be worth mentioning.. good luck with your cycle

That would be for a more toxic oral such as Dbol or Winny. Anavar is very mild on the liver i've seen people do 12 weeks of this stuff especially since it has a light impact on the HPTA. But again, just to be on the safe side, i'm taking milk thistle.

I think you are good to go.
Test is a good idea at a maintenance dosage.
I personally would bump the cycle for 12 weeks, and both EQ and Primo to 600mg, but that's me.
Anavar looks good. On second thought, maybe 60mg

That is not a very supressive cycle, but look into some hcg at the end.

I was thinking 12 weeks but Primo is too pricy for 12 weeks. 60mg sounds damn good but I hate the price on that pill. I might consider that though. How many I.U.'s for HCG ?

I run 500iu ed for 3 weeks. Works well for me.
Others do 1500iu every 4 days. There are many protocols. It ends up being a personal choice.

imo:

1-6: test prop @ 75 mg ed
1-6: masteron @ 75 mg ed
1-6: Letrozole @ .25 ~ mg ed
1-6: Anavar 50 mg ED

pct, aromasin & nolva for 6 weeks. ( great for pct and helping you looking dry )

trying to avoid everyday injections - until i finish this quarter in college and free from my school load, i'll definitely do injections EOD or ED. Thanks, that cycle looks really good!

Personally, I would run your cycle. I'd also run 250 mg/test (insert choice of ester here) per week, and .25mg arimidex eod (i don't bloat much to begin with).

I'd also change up the timing and give the eq 2 weeks to clear before starting PCT, same if i were using a long estered testosterone . I would also carry an oral through that time to keep me anabolic .

Other than that I wouldn't make any changes.

i'm trying to avoid less injections...how about 2000iu every 5 days? So you reckon that I add this? Never tried it man. Heard its damn good though.

great advice man. I don't bloat much either at 250mg/week. But .25mg of arimidex won't hurt me at all (in fact, that's definitely being on the safe side). You're right on PCT...maybe I should wait.
