    Dbol and water retention

I know Dbol causes alot of water retention but if I were taking letro at .50mg and proviron at 75mg ed would that shed most or a very large majority of the water weight which comes w/ Dbol?

I also know that taking in enough water and keeping sodium down will be helpful

Alot of bros say that dbol causes alot of water retention, but IMO its really not that much. Also i believe a bro with a low bf wont notice much water rentention compared to a bro with a relatively high bf who will notice more.

However to answer your original question, yes the letro will help even if ran by itself.

so the letro and proviron will keep away "all or most" of the bloat being that diet is in check? I really don't want the moon face - lookin like a chimpmunk = not cool

Yeah bro with your diet in check the letro will aid in keeping most of the bloat away.

exactly, just make sure that along with the letro you have a high intake of h2o and keep sodium levels in check.. ie.. stay away from processed food, etc.. Na plays a large role in the amount of bloat.. good luck

i barely bloat on 40mg ed. my diet is super clean though (apart from 1 or 2 cadburys creme eggs a week )...I think diet tends to be the most important factor in bloating, eat like shit and you'll look like a water balloon....

you say that the most important thing to keep bloat down is diet. So, is the main thing I need to watch is make sure I keep my sodium in take low?

No, sodium only plays a role. Good diet = clean, whole, solid, foods. Nothing added. In other words, any food that lasts for months w/o going bad is not something you want.
