i started at about 215lbs 4-5 weeks ago...now at about 225/226...ive hit a serious plateau in bodyweight and in lighting weight...anything i can do to get through this? i want to keep gaining, bench not going anywhere, tri weights not going anywhere and sitting at 225...can anyone think of something i can do to bust through this? maybe a supplement you've tried before or maybe some energy drink before i lift? anything? thanks for the help...

I would try the food first, thats what I do. If that doesnt work then I look at my training. If nothing seems wrong there I will increase the dosage. I would increase dosage as a last resort. Of course you would make a small jump. ANothter option I just thought of is changing what youre using, but I usually only change the orals I am taking. Might think about adding in an oral for 4 weeks.

I'm kinda thinking that gaining 11 pounds in the first 4-5 weeks of a test/deca cycle is a pretty descent gain. I would try to be more patient. I am a Deca/Test guy myself and I really only start noticing significant gains into week 8 - 10. Keep it up and it'll come!
