seeking good advice on fat cutting
im in the miliary, and since i got home from iraq with a broken leg and some alcohol issues, i put on some weight like 10-15 pounds. im wei***ng in at 190lbs and im 6'1" and relatively high body fat right now. i have started a diet, of high protien low carb, and cut out my drinking. i run 3 miles a day (5 days a week) and and steadily working up to my former distance of around 5 miles a day. im looking to cut fat very quickley and thinking about taking clenbuterol for a few cycles to see if this will work for me, im also interested in taking a form of anabolic once i get down to about 170. if anyone has any suggestions on a good and healthy way to cut fat(i know diet is very important), and any suggestions on different anabolics that help build up but not make absolutely massive like a bodybuilder, thanks guys looking foward to the input and suggestions.

yeah the dirnking was a big problem, i have been eating right since i got home just drinking way too much, everynight of the week. im probably 15% BF, have a small gut, and im basically looking for advice on a type of cycle that would help cut down the fat but also build solid lean muscle. im new to the anabolic thing, and not looking to get freakishly large just want to cut down and build strength and a little size, im big into cardio, i run ALOT. so any advice on a good cycle or stacks would be good.

I agree, drinking is one of the worst things for your body for so many reasons. Take your average middle age guy who drinks daily and have him stop drinking. This alone sheds the fat away. Diet is key

Ok. No drinking at all. Diet and make sure u eat every 2 1/2 hrs.The quantity of carbs/prots. depends on ur previous diets n how ur body respond to them, but 2 tell u somenthin basic, just avoid carbs at dinner time and don't take any b4 workout...yes, just have ur prot. shake and that's it.U have enough "reserves" within ur body. Apart from that, takin Clen b4 breakfast and prior 2 workout aswell as Efed. b4 workout 2 along with a thermog is a good idea. But start by focusing on diet....Oh!! and yes, keep on with the cardio!

Congrats on stopping drinking. As a recovering alcoholic, I know it's not easy. Bodybuilding is an excellent replacement. No jail, No DUI's, No lawsuits, etc.
Plus you CAN NOT do gear if you're drinking.
John Barleycorn will come back and tap you on the shoulder. More than once. So call some body. You can PM me. whatever it takes...just Don't drink. 24 hours at a time, bro. Keep focused on your training, and good luck.

2g of fish oil a day (2000mg) you can buy a bottle at your local vitamin store, capsules are usually like 300mg, so about 3 softgels a day, 1 in mroning, midday and before dinner would work great@
hope this helps!
