How long after cycle will weight and/or strength start to drop?
I just finished a 12 wk t200/deca cycle... finished the deca 4 wks ago and finished the t200 3 wks ago. Gained 21 lbs. and a ton of strength
When do most weight and/or strength drops occurr after cycle? As soon as the juice is completely out of my system? After clomid is done?
I'm on day 7 of clomid and I haven't dropped a single lb.... in fact, I've gained 2 lbs. since I came off the cycle. Strength is still continuing to go up... as recently as this mornings workout. I thought maybe I'd start noticing a difference, but so far I feel the same.

I hope you keep all your gains Bro, but I really doubt it. You will probably lose at least 5 lbs or so from water. Just train hard, eat right, and try taking supplements like creatin and glutamine. Then you could let us know, because everyone is different. I wish you the best and hope you keep all your gains.

Actually, I started creatine and glutamine up the day after coming off. As well, diet & protein intake have remained unchanged. What's interesting is that I've leaned out and hardened up a bit, but have not lost any weight and I actually look a bit bigger.
If I didn't know that I have NOT taken any shots, I'd swear I was still on juice.... but I keep waiting for that to change!

Make sure that you're also taking in the sufficient calories to feed those extra pounds that you put on. If you don't you'll end up losing more then just water weight. Let us know how it all goes.

update....
I had to stop taking clomid a couple days after I posted this thread due to an allergic reaction to it.... severe rash on my arms & chest.
Overall, I've dropped 4 lbs. of the 21 I gained and my strength has plateaued.... but has not dropped. I have my good days and bad, but overall am feeling good!
I've kept calories the same, along with protein intake, creatine and glutamine.
