does anyone ever experience an increase in acne during pct?

mines worse then it was when I was on the cycle?

It's very common. You've just got to make sure to take really good care of your skin.

definitely, mine started as soon as i stopped takin my liquidex at the end of my cycle at the start of pct.

that's when i get it the WORSE! i get it a little while i'm on cycle, but when i get off and do pct it gets so bad...by back and neck area covered with acne. it got to the point where i dont do pct anymore. i find it's nothing but a load of crap. instead, i stop taking the juice, and just go a few weeks w/out having sex and then my regular test returns back to normal

get some acne treatment. Oxy clean, proactive or whatever.....

the purpose of pct is to retain your gains by preventing catabolism of the muscle using products that prevent stop or slow estrogen production and help return your test to natural levels ,without pct you will loose a large portion of your gains

from what i hear, u will only lose 15%, u keep from 80-85%

and are you sayin that PCT causes acne?!?!

my cousin did a cycle of Deca for 6weeks, thatboy still has a baby face to this day, and he doesnt have no pimples on his back

a cycle of anything that caliber is already harmfull to your body. i would deff have my PCT onhand before starting any cycle.

no no i know ill do that, i already learned there are like a 1 in a 1000000 chance youll do steroid and come out perfect... guess my cousin was one of those lucky ****ers

Are you saying with or without PCT? Without it, and a less than optimal diet (both during and after cycle) expect to lose a whole lot more than that...

i dont think there is a set percentage of how much you will keep.... it all depends on the person and the cycle. some people loose everything some people keep all of their gains. But a good pct will maximize your ability to keep them as much as possible.
