    1st week Test E/Halo 3kgs gains!?

    what you guys reckon - mainly water weight or some solid gains there? ...

    started my 1st cycle Test E/Halo on Monday ... frontloaded Test E at a 1000 for the 1st week, running Halo at 20mgs/day for non work out days & 30mgs/day on work out days.

    i use the scales at my gym only to weigh myself - usually post work out. on monday the scales weighed me at 86.3kgs. today so only 6 days later the same scales weighed me post work out at 89.3kgs .... so 3kgs plus in only 6days!! ... how much of that you reckon is just water & how much solid? it's my very 1st cycle so any input is appreciated.

    mostly water. in order to gain 6.6lbs of muscle u'd need to have eaten approx 23 THOUSAND calories above maintenance...even then youd probably just get fat

    hehehe ... fair enuff bro ... well I am eatn like a beast but nowhere near as much and like u said if I would I d just end up a walkin jelly bean

    maybe I should up the cardio from 3x 20mins/week to 5x20mins/week?
