No weight gain in 6th week

Currently in 6th week of cycle with hardly no weight gain, but great strength gains and getting cut. Typical previous cycles I would have 10 pounds on by now. 5'9" 175lbs, body fat has gone down from 10% to 8%. Sus 250- 500mg per week (karachi), Test E 250mg per week (iran), and 200 mg Deca -Norma per week. Eat like a horse, lots of protein drinks. Workout 5-6 days a week pretty hard, 6-8 rep sets. Gear is good, from a very good source recommended from this site. Look bigger by 10 pounds but not showing on scales.
    Any help or ideas appreciated

    Plus Nolvadex 20 mg day

What do the calorie totals add up to? You have to make sure your eating more then what your body uses a day to sustain your weight, BMI. Calculate your BMI and make sure you add a least 500 cals more ed.

How much more food intake? My portions are huge, usually have seconds.
I agree about weight be overrated. Im just used to feeling a little more bulked up rather than cut. I have ran the same cycle 2 years ago with different results. Thanks for info!

You need to learn to eat...Figure your total cal's out for a day..might surprize you on how low your total is...For a real bulk, I'd try 25-30 cal's per lb of Bodyweight...If you start adding fat either cut the cal's down 200 a day for a week or do more cardio.

you cant do anything with a diet until you have worked out macros and cals. If you dont do that you are just kidding yourself. Spend a couple of hours re working your diet with full macros and cals listed then you can make alterations as you go.

If you could sneak in 2 or three more meals a day like that your in buisiness.
these snacks dont look like bb food.

When on roids never go lower than 2.7gr proteins per kg and i mean only the protein that comes from meat, protein shakes and eggs. How much carb and fats is quite indvidual, depends on too many things, but it is not usual to lose bodyfat when on test and deca . Tat means you are low on calories.
