    nicotine and gyno

    so, is it true people who smoke cigarettes or have intake of nicotine produce a lower rate of estrogen aromatization(did i spell that right? is that word?) ?

    I remember reading a thread about a kid who could not get hold of letro or Nolva for 2 weeks when he discovered a lump under his nipple. Someone advised him as a last resort to get a nicotine product, I don't remember which one. It may have been the patches or chewing tobacco or something.

    just an interesting side note ....smoking the 'other' type of cigarettes (u all know what i mean - but can't mention it) can increase gyno sensitivity...

    Yes smoking lowers estrogen levels. Anthony Roberts has admitted that back in the day he started using the nic. gum as PCT because he did not have his hands on his proper pct after a cycle yet.

    Drinking increases estrogen. Which is a good reason not to drink while on gear. You'll get beer tits to match your gut! Haha
