Advise on Clenbuterol

Hi,

Can anyone tell me a bit more about using clenbuterol . i'e is it worth using? whats the recommended dose? and what type/manufacturer has a good reputation.
Also is it a good idea to stack this with other steroids like winstrol

I am just coming to the end of my 2nd mass building cycle and want to start a couple of cutting cycles soon.

The clen faq has all the answers you need. Clen works great, but you have to do your research and use it properly.

Alot of ppl including myself use it 2 days on 2 off, supposedly better then the 2 wk on 2wk off and you can run it longer that way. I will still ramp up, everyone is dif tho, but what i do is start out with 40mcg and run it for a wk like that then up to 60mcg, then 80. I will go up to 100-120mcg and no higher. You need to find your tolerance. After a month or 2, i will start using benydryl, as i use it anyways for sinus, to help refresh receptors. I just used it for 2-3 months and now taking a few wks off. Oh, and don't forget to use taurine 1-2gm a day for sure while using clen .
