    works great, add a little natty peanut butter or yogurt and you can easily get 500 cals without all that crap in those 50 dollar bottle of 10 serving weight gainers

    Sasman: Looked at some more diets today...Im going to hold of a few more weeks on the cycle to get my diet strait. I ate sooo much yesterday and alot today ...it will take some getting used to. Btw, I have played about every sport there was, now I have job, and Im going Active Duty Army. As far as the training goes...yes the intensity is high and i am making solid gains but I want to put on 20lbs with in 3 months, yes although possible to do it naturally by diet, etc. ...not probable. Hopefully I can start a thread in a few weeks after my diet is in line when I embark on the cycle. Thanks for the cycle info and the proper PCT. To make the hcg into 500IU doses ED from 5000IU amp...any suggestions...add 10mL sterile water...how to store it though?

    Testisbest: Yea I tried it yesterday...little chunky...but I got it down. I think Im going to blend the oats first in blender then add the milk and protein...along with the PB. I checked out cytogainer too...still on the pricey side...cost vs servings.

    get the instant oats and just blend them with all of the other ingredients.

    SHould I start my dbol dose at 25mg per day?... 50mg may be nose bleed heaven.

    listen man you are too young....and by the sounds of it you are not even playing sports, which would make it all ok in my book. but i wouldn't do, however i realize that you are going to make your own choice. as far as you diet..... you need to eat more.     listen bro, just listen...it seems that everything these guys are telling you is going in one ear and out the other......diet questionable, workout questionable, bad cycle research, age TOO YOUNG, and lastly, because of all of this, most likely you're going to lose everything you add during cycle...its a waste of money man, trust me, worthless...pay attention to what these guys are telling you, its good advice...good luck bud

    Well I have been doing alot of research and will do more b4 my cycle. Ive increased my diet too...Im eating every 2 hours. Not sugary shit either. I went shopping a few days ago...and spend a shit load of cash after looking at some of the sample diets and equations...Im not all the way there yet but its a start. I have the right foods, but I just need a little more research on WHEN to eat these...i.e pro/fat, meal b4 pre-workout etc. I looked at the equations to calculate how many cals I need based on my activity. Basically what Ive gathered as far as that goes; If you do cardio or get laid....YOU NEED MORE. Ive been eating like a maniac for the past 4 days and am finally starting to get used to being bloated.
