    Gyno???

Hey I have been reading a bunch lately on gyno and from what I've read it starts with pain in the nipples and then you form a lump behind the nipple. I noticed a lump forming on my last cycle of test prop and tren at 100mg/day of both while taking arimidex at 1mg/day. I went off of the cycle it went down. Now i'm on 500mg test and 600mg of deca and the lump has come back full force. I'm taking caber at 500mcg Mon thurs thinking it could be progesterone related. My problem is the lump is not behind the nipple at all it's to the side of it. If I touch the nipple i feel nothing but as i go to the outside i can feel a lump and it's not circular it's more of a hot dog shape. It's really weird and not sure exactly what it is if anyone has any ideas such as gyno that is just forming weird I was on 1mg/day of arimidex and now I'm on 2.5 of letro for the past 2 days. Sorry for the long post but any help at all is massively appreciated.

Letro will take time to start working, I start taking nolva at the same time and discoutinue in about 7-10 days once the femara kicks in. Please read the document from the link as it will help you understand what rolesestrogen and progesterone play.
I copied and pasted this froman earlier post:

I would recommend considering Femara, it is a stronger AI then Adex, and studies have been done that show it may actually reduce existing gyno.
Note with either Femara or Arimadex there is ramp up time of about a week before it is effective. During that time I would recommend taking the nolvadex as it will at least block the estrogen receptors for you.

The last thing you may you may wish to consider is adding a highly androgenic compound, like masteron , to shift your hormone balance in favor of androgens. Although this has been shown to be the least effective form of treatment of gyno it would work synergistically with the other two mentioned above.

Here is a link on gyno that describes the hormonal causes and research on three treatments. If you're pressed for time I would recommend that you at the very least read in what is relevant.

down load either the worddoc or pdf

Oh be careful about over surpressing your estrogen - this can lead to sever loss of libido and crappy hdl/ldl values. I would not run the letro for more then a week at 2.5mg ED.after the ramp up I would cut it back to .5 to1mg EOD. Adjust based on how your gyno is going. Deca is a very long ester so any reduction in that dose will tkae a while to have effect, but reducing your Deca is an option. When i started to get gyno i kept the test, added masteron and quit the deca and tren .
