Wow nevermind sorry guys it comes out looking like crap because i made it in Excel it doesn't copy and paste right. Any idea how i can get it up?

Terrible format. If I tried to read that i'd most likely have a stroke. I'm not looking too hard but I don't see a question also. Try writing it out like:

wk 1-8 Test Prop 100mg ED & Test E 300mg per week

or however you want. Just not like that.

Sorry i was shocked when i saw the outcome as well i think the format is just from excel dang it. I was thinking of doing it like the

wk 1-8 test prop way but i change it up everyweek

Like wk 1 Monday Then tuesday is
100mg test prop 300mg Test E
25mg Anavar 25mg anavar
1mg Arimidex

then wk 2 Monday Tuesday
100mg Test Prop 300mg test E
50mg Anavar 50mg Anavar
1mg Arimidex
