Okay here we go...
So im 5'6" 135lbs and 8% bf. 21 yrs old. Heres what I need help with. when i was 13 yrs old I had radiation therapy and from that... i haven't gotten much bigger and the docs said thats what its from. I've been working out 4x week for the last 7 months or so. My bench is at 185... pretty good for my weight and my diet sucks. I just recently got some Test prop. Haven't used it yet. For the last week though ive been reading these fourms. I know, I know, im too small, diet sucks, and i need to train for yrs b4 I do it.
So to be honost, since i've already bought a cycle's worth, im probably going to try it out here in the next month or so. I just wanted to know what some good diet foods are. My goal is to just not be soo damn skinny.. and trust me.. just eating dont help, i've tried. im at 135'ish and i want to be at like 160ish give or take. Not too much, but I just thought that if I was to take ONE cycle of test prop it would be like a "jump start" then i would go to eating very healthy and taking supplements. Go ahead and yell at me, I can see it coming already, but does anybody have some advice to me using the test???? Thanks for all.

test will increase your appetite and put some weight on you. I've never used prop, I prefer sus, enth, or cyp. Don't need to poke yourself so much with those. Most people I know that use prop use it to cut up. As for diet, lots and lots of protien! I buy liquid amino fuel and drink it through out the day. GL

NO NO NO dont start just yet!
w/ that said let me tell you why... when u take an aas.. your going to gain muscle and your going to gain it fast. The smaller and less experienced a person is w/ diet and training, more likely the more weight and the faster they will gain it.
this is because their body is very very far away from their genetic peak and thus adding hormones to widen this gap.. the more one will gain. thing is.. EASY come EASY GO, i gurantee you, that you will not retain a fraction of those gains.. reason being.. IF you cant eat to gain right now when your this far away from your genetic potential.. how on gods green earth are you going to eat to maintain you newly found LeanBodyMass?
2ndly you really need to learn to diet.. i dont care who you are.. or wat you take. Diet dictates 80+% of what your body does as far as body compositin goes. IMO if i were to suggest aas.. i would suggest it to a young kid who has a perfect diet over and old person who cant eat to save his life.
if you visit the diet forum we have here and do some reading around.. and START forming a BICHASS pimp DIET.. you will make gains that are way WAY better than you ever could of if you were to run a cycle of aas.

go to the diet forum... they will take care of you ... remember to post all your macros , what exactly you eat and when , try to calculate the calories (on each product you consume) .. how many hours you sleep.. everything that is related to food..
then go to PCT forums (without that you will lose almost all of your gains and f u ** up you hormone stability)
I suggest you to read more.. for like 2-3 weeks or so ... be active on the forums ... let people know you better .. send PM's to experienced ppl .. but NEVER expect they answer if you are not active and you want them to make all the job for you .. no one here will ... i'm doing this because your situation is not the best ... I come from Ukraine and people that were radiated , I know a couple.... And it is not very pleasant...
Oh yeah .. read on injections (how exactly to make it and where)
Remember to alwayz be as precise as you can about your body , exercice, diet , AAs, PCT, Cycling, Supplements you take...

if your diet "sucks" juice is not going to help (its not liquid muscle). get a solid diet worked up, there are lots of guys willing to help w/that. and id put the prop aside until u get ur diet in order. id be willing to bet u could gain 10 lbs natty in a few mnths, at least. hit the diet forum and get that going otherwise u might as well poor that prop down the sink! peace!

Thanks guys. well when I say that my diet sucks, I mean that Im not consistant with WHAT I eat. I eat healthy, I just need to regulate what I eat I think. I can hold off on the prop for a month or two, i've waited this long to decide to try something new, so I want to do it right. Ill check out the diet fourms too. Another thing.. when I do start taking the prop, what do you recommend? 2cc's a week? thats what I was told. and remember, i dont know much about juice as far as actually "taking" them.

What is PCT?
What is a SERM?
What is an Aromatase inhibitor?
What is the active life on a propinate ester? active life on an enanthate ester? Decanonoate ester?
Do you know wat aspirate means?
Do you know the proper injecting protocol?
Can you spit out all the macro's for the foods you ate today? (MOST IMPORTANT ONE)
if u cant answer all of those w/o hesitation DONT EVEN think bout using aas as you will be both WASTING MONEY and Quite possibly ****ing ur self up.

just asking because if u **** up your cycle... it might be a LONG TIME before ur able to GET IT UP.. and it might just be me.. but i would hate to have a hot chick in bed, and be PermaLimp and have her make fun of me... of course some people dont kare bout that either

See this is what Im looking for.... INFORMATION. so now I can do some more research and learn which is what Im on this fourm for. I know what PCT is... i went to that thread on here. and yes LoL I like sex. I personally dont know anybody that cant "get it up" anymore from that though. And I know alot of ppl that are doing them. Think someone can give me a crash course on them terms??? that would be helpful

Bro do yourself a favor and listen to everyone here you dont want to face more medical probs than youve already gone though train natty a few years until your over at least maybe 160. You'll be glad you waited, gear isnt the answer in all cases.

Agreed. Diet is the key. Tai said it right If you cant supply what your body needs at this point you wont be able to do it when you do put on the mass. I started really small like yourself and the first thing I mastered was how to put down the food. Ir your body is anything like mine you can supp and work out all you want, but you have to, have to EAT!

Yeah i understand. I was thinking about eating alot more and better.. plus trying out the whey protein. I hear alot of good things about it. and once things start shaping up, start my cycle and see how it goes from there. Im just confused on one thing.... my buddy that I got them from said for me and the point im at, to take 2cc's a week. Now im being told different. So what would be a good dosage?

oh yeah after u run ur cycle.. u will be one of those people on here saying ... i wish i woulda waited and researched so i coulda ran a REAL CYCLE.. i see that comment atleast!.. ATLEAST 2x a day.. whether it be here or in the lounge.
but to each their own.. personaly i dont kare wat you do, but it is my job to advise people on the BEST METHOD of utilizing aas safely and effectively. so from here on out im done trying to detour you.
