    Clen substitute?

    What's up bros. Gotta question regarding clen . Is there anything else that can be taken to improve lung capacity other than clen and bronchial inhalers prescribed by a physician? I need to lose a little weight while on my current cycle and cardio is killing me. I have some clen and I can tolerate it well but I know its bad on the heart.
