    winni and no explode

    is it alright to still take no explode while on a cutting cycle?

    Yup.

    I'm fairly certain that it uses Maltodextrin though...Which is processed like a sugar.

    No-explode contains zero sugar...but yea it did have malto i thought too

    I do not think malto dex counts as a sugar on labels but it is in there.

    I didn't like NO-Xplode it forced me to always take a nap after my workout. I think I'm the only one that has that happen from it.

    I'm pretty sure Maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate rather than a simple one.

    Maltodextrin is complex in structure and on nutrition labels...However, this is not the case when processed by the body.

    I could be wrong though...
