3rd day of clen/ killer head ach

Hey I know one of the sides is headachs but... Damn is it always a head ach all day? I started out with 20mcg then 40mcg then yesterday was 60mcg and it felt like my head is splitting in two. I ramped down to 40 today to se if it helps.

Is this the normal type of headach with clen ?

and

Is it normal to be poping excederin/tylenol or asprin all day to keep the punding to a dull thud?

I know this is one of the more frequent side effects, i am going ot be taking it wihtin the next few days ill be starting my cycle so ill let you know if i get the same headaches.

It also could be just your body reacting to it harshly at first, i believe the side effects are the worst in the first coouple of doses.

drink more water! and take some extra strength tylenol at the first signs of the headache... That should help take care of it. Best of luck.

Hey bro I just started and i know what you mean. I got killer headaches and I founf out that i needed to drink more water. You need to drink 1.5 to 2 gallons a day at least and everytime i got a headache coming on i drank more water, its like a sign telling you to drink. but it seems it gets a little better im on my 5 day i got a headache today for a while but it was dealable. you need to take 5g, so 5000mg, of taurine everyday and you wont have the headaches anymore.

Taurine sup is a good idea with clen due to heart health (clen depeletes taurine which can cause heart related issues) but i doubt it will help with the headaches. Most users I have spoken with who experience headaches report them going in about 5-7 days so a pain med to get through this period would be a good idea.

I used clen and had the same problem. I concidered dropping it but it went awy after 4-5 days. Ran a dose of 120mcg. drink , drink ,drink

I'm about a week in dosing 120mcg, and was experiencing the same problem as you. I am still getting mild headaches, but these guys are right...drink water, as much as you can handle. Don't go anywhere without a water bottle. Just keep in going in all day and you'll stay hydrated and the headaches will be kept to a minimum.
