    is it the winstrol??????????

    ok guys here's the thing. i just started my 12 week cutting cycle.

    right now im taking:
    500mg a wk. test enth. wks 1-12
    100mg winstrol eod wks 1-4 and 8 -12
    im also going to add primo 500mg a wk. wks 3-12

    the thing is i took my 3rd inj. of win today and i have been f*cking exhausted and sore ever since i hit the gym today. i did shoulders and cardio (30 min. elliptical machine) the first shot tuesday made me tired on wednesday but the shot thursday didnt tire me out. i did start doing a little more cardio than usual ( 5 days instead of 3) and i added an extra set to 2 out of 4 shoulder excersizes today. is this the winstrol causing the exhaustion and soreness or just the extra work.

    i have taken win in past cycles and this never happened..it is a different manufacturer this time. this is i think my 4th cycle

    stats: (cuz i know y'all want em)
    6 ft
    280 lbs
    28 yrs
    about 15-16% from bulk cycle i ended in december

    It could be the diet setting in, since your cutting i take it your in a calorie defeict.

    Of course ones body will be tired and sore especially when in a calorie defeict, and since your doing cardio and lifting, you will be tired.

    thanks ghost.. yeah i am dieting, but i diet different than alot of others..... my calories are still up but my carbs are lower through the week. i eat more carbs on saturday and sunday early in the day, then do cardio and fill sets for the body parts i feel didnt get sufficient work on their normal working day. instead of cutting calories i cancel out as much fat as possible and restrict my carbs. thanks for the help

    how is this even a cutting cycle??? test enth to cut??? and primo? i used both for bulk, winstrol of course is cutting, steriods arent even nesscary for cutting, I see cutting cycles all the time, diet and cardio works great. I think if you need a cycle to cut your not trying hard enough in the gym.

    i would suspect the test...test e. made me feel like a lazy douch bag for several weeks...thats my excuse to running it longer though


    seriously could be the test...also throw in a ECA stack might help if your cals and carbs are too low...

    IMO you need to do a bit more research bro.

    One can cut and bulk on any AAS compound, diet makes it a bulk or cut not the AAS compound.

    You state AAS isnt necessary for cutting? AAS should be utilized more during a cutting phase. Since your in a calorie defeict, you need AAS to hold onto as much muscle while cutting fat.

    If your not running any kind of AAS during a cutting phase, with the cardio and calorie defeict your risking losing muscle.

    Makes sense, since your cutting carbs and fat, your body will be a bit more tired.

    Your fatigue like symptoms could also be caused by high RBC count. As you know AAS compounds raise ones RBC count, and the higher it goes the more fatigued one feels.

    hey ghost thanks for the come back on decoders comment.....not woring hard enough in the gym my ass.....did he not read the part about me being 280 at 6ft tall...granted im not the most cut up shredded mutha f*cka but i look like a damn tank and can haul just as much weight!!!! any ways thanks for almost everyones feed back...
