okay, grill me bitches!!!!
here's my thought. for summer, test cyp. @ 400mg per week (1-12) stacked with winney @ 25mg for 6 weeks.
i'm 38, 210 pds. taking in 3300 cal. a day, wanting to cut on this so i will up my cal intake 500g a day all of protien. need more specifics?

dude u r like 100kg , how can you dose winny at 25mg ???
and your test its low too
can u maintain 500g of protein each day>? you will be broke unless u are earning like 5k per month?

not quite sure about how to dose winny. but cash is not the problelm. looking for opinions. and really, you think 400 of t.c. is to low? so....what your solution or opinion?

sorry let me add to my last post....i am going to add 500 g of protien a day to my diet as i will cut carbs approiately.

its not a good ideal bro to high protein and low carb , if u dont eat in enough potato ur body goes into the state ketois dunno if i spell it rite
you should balance it up because they will turn ur proteins into fuel if u dont eat in enough carb
why waste $ , unless u live in a big house then i got notting to said
yeah bro you didnt be dosing Test at 400mg per week , my advise its hit it up to 500mg per week (front load it with 750mg)
winny standard dose its 50mg ED
this its jus my personal option

if you want to get cut you want your body to be in keytosis! when in keytosis your body turns stored fat into fuel. however it is a science so you really are supposed to try to eat no carbs(impossible but as close to as you can) and eat plenty of efa's. check out dave palumbo's no carb diet its all layed out for you. did this diet last summer and got cut as shi*t. throw in 30 mins of low intensity cardio and you will be shredded

elite, i get ya, bigguy, i understand u as well, thanks to ya.. but here's my wonder, can i still cut on test and winny at 500 and 50g cutting carbs by 500 a nd upping protien 500 over 12 weeks. mayb i left that out b4. but, regardless, the point here is to loose fat while keeping muscle.

to keep muscle while burning fat on a diet.........
Eat at least 1.5 g protein per lb of body weight, i would do 2 if you are doing cardio. as long as you follow the no carb diet to a T then you will be cut up, and do your cardio in the morning and do low intensity!!!!!!(walking on incline, high intensity will burn off muscle).
you can cut on test however i would try to get test prop cause you will have less water retention(bloat), but you can cut on test c. and the winny is great for hardening you up but unless you get your bf down you will not be able to see the full effects from winny.

you may hold some water on the cyp. 400mg a week is a decent dose. I dont use winny cause it kills my joints, so i cant help there.
I second the opinion on the prop. 150 EOD would work, but cutting is largely diet dependent, and your starting a little late to cut for summer, but it can be done quickly... More importantly, what are your stats (with height) and workout/cycle experience?

I see nothing wrong with cutting with cyp. I would up the Winny and run an AI to keep water off.

you can cut on any test, as it all depends on your diet and cardio. Also, I wouldn't up the dose of your test at all as you may incounter some unwanted sides depending on your body fat %. But I would double the winny dose and run it the last 6 weeks of your cycle up to the day before you start PCT.
