Eat some deep dish pizzas if your wanting to bulk.
Here you go...I usually charge ppl for money for this diet but your "friend" wink wink is in need.
Meal 1: Deep dish pizza/Baked Potatoe Cheeze-ranch dressing/Glass of Chocolate milk
^ Do this 5 times a day and you'll be pushing 250lbs in no time. HAHA
