sleep, carbs, music that gets you going, slow warm up leading into a good work out, and coffee. Those usually work for me.

Im assuming that you are tired all the time no matter how much you sleep. How much coffee or energy drinks you consume still feel tired during the day.

If I where you I would go to your Doctor first and have a full physical with bloodwork. I was tired all the time 2 and found out that i have a low thyroid since I am on medication I feel great. If you are having psychological problems then counciling could be in order.

Also there is a great book out Maybe you should check out this book that is called "End Tiredness Program" by Tina Hagan and Peter Novak I believe are the arthurs. Another good book is called "This Cure Works", and is very in depth I forget who the Arthur is. Might want to google it.

I was pretty bummed out myself for a long while, I nabbed some Tbol and I got pretty motivated. I wouldn't suggest anyone self medicate without doing a lot of research and check with a specialist perhaps, but the Tbol got me moving, the gains gave me some confidence and getting moving is part of breaking that cycle of "do nothing".
