Liquid Clen/L Taurine...now what?

Hey everyone!
i bought my Clen /L-Taurine combo a while ago from this site, used it for a while, and then stopped. I have the liquid clen and the pills of L-Taurine...but I totally forgot what the best cycle is to take these. Can anyone run through a quick cycle of how to take these? How much Clen, How much Taurine, when during the day, how long the cycle should last, how long I should wait before starting another cycle, etc. Thanks so much!

Also...I ordered the "Clen 30mL 200mcg/mL, L – Taurine 100 capsules (500mg) Combo"...so I am having trouble converting how much Taurine to take, because most forum messages talk about the liquid Taurine, not the pilll...any help? Thanks again!
