need some info from the pros...
Ok so i have been lifting for 8 month before that military for 3 years doing
that deal.
I have done some resurch and have decided to try a cycle of deca -300 and stst-250 at .7ml of deca and .7 ml of sut every three days for 8 weeks total.
I am 5.9 175 24.
20%bf
For pct i am going to use nova and i have chlomi on hand. nolva at 25mg per day 6 weeks pct.Not sure if i will use the chlomi or what dose on that but guess 100mg?(is this correct)
I am eating right no beer except on cheat daylol but only 3 no more than that.
I dont eat mc donalds or anything like that period..mostly eggs,yams,chicken,steak,oatmeal etc. 6-8 times a day.
I use protien (muscle milk mmmm yum) 1 svg morning 2svg after wkout and one before bed.
Im sure i will have some things wrong here and would like some help and pointers..no rudness plse!

as eager as you are to do steriods ... you been lifting 8 months, and i think the military work out is not your body building style... I lifted a solid 6-7 years before touching steriods. Your physic will look ten times better if its built will from lifting for years then doing juice. You will most likely ignore that so ill inform you that your dosages are low.
DO this.
week 1-10 decca300 600mgs a week, 1ml twice a week.
week 1-10 sust250 .7ml every 3 days (bump up if not seeing resluts)
go read about pct on steriod .com steriod profiles. This sounds like your first cycle.

I would stay away from nors for a few cycles. and if u have to run something else i would use tbol,anavar ,or eq. Something real light

I would get a couple of years under your belt before throwing AS into the equation. Sounds like diet needs a lot of work as it seems inconsistent which is not good. Also forget muscle milk it is full of crap, that is why it tates good. Go to the diet forum and list in full with macros for help.

not trying ot be rude but you know what 20% of 175 is right......35lbs of fat......
like everyone else said you need to spend some serous time in the gym ......several years training....eat right....SLEEP right....then its time to crank it out...
not what oyu wanna hear i know but sit yourself down and look at cold hard facts.....you arent close to cycling yet

Hey thanks for the info guys,i might be off on my b/f cause i dont have love handels or anything like that?hmmm i need to go re-measure lol.
But i agree some more training would be better for sure.
I guess im gonna get rid of that muscle milk then lol
will go to the diet forum and figure it all out.
So what would be a good cucle when i decide to start some time for now or maybe one thing test?
