    what kind of gains am i going to get

    i started my cycle today. 500mg of test-e wk for 10 wks... 30 mg of d-bol for 4 weeks....i have a strict diet full of lean protein what type of gains will i recieve...thanks for any answers

    cant tell u man its up to you...how hard you train if you get rest and eat correct...the ball is in your court

    how the hell are we suppose to know, lol. we know absolutely nothing about your physical shape, training, diet or experience. give us something to go on.

    i gained 28 pounds of that cycle...

    if its your first cycle and you work out hard and eat alot, you can surpass 15lbs.

    Honestly dude there are so many variables involved in trying to predict gains it's really pointless in trying....

    That’s why it is imperative to keep diet, cycle and training logs so that you can look back over your previous experiences....By doing that you can then make an educated guess as to what sort of gains you may possibly make....

    The biggest factor in determining what type of gains one makes off a first cycle is IMO how close that individual is to his/her natural peak....

    An example would be say a guy that is 5'10 140 pounds running a first cycle....Now this guy is a long ways from reaching his peak so there for if he where to run a cycle eat and train properly then it is possible for him to put on 20-30 pound's (Not all muscle) all be it a bad idea to run a cycle at those stats it is possible....

    Now take a guy 5'10 210 pounds low bf good shape and base from working out properly for many years....This guy is a lot closer to his genetic potential there for it would unheard of for him to gain anywhere near that much weight from his first cycle....A conservative guess for this guy would be somewhere around 10-15 pounds max....

    No body here can tell you how close you are to your genetic potential regardless of what stats you post for us to review....Everybody is different and there are just too many variables involved to try to determine that from a brief post on a BB forum thread....

    You could start another thread titled what type of results did yall get off of (insert cycle here)....That would probably be more what you are looking for....Or you could just run a search....
