Are you eating at all, or taking any suppliments to get your energy back? I get like that sometimes when I'm empty, and don't take any protein.

are you feeling this after benchpressing only or are you reacting like that after any other kind of exercise?

If it's only benchpressing , you should pay attention to the support at the level of your lower back. Usually you get this feeling while blocking the blood torrent to your head at the lower back level. Also can be compared to the feeling you get after sitting in a bad manner for several time and standing up.

It sounds as if you are running your body without the aid of adequate carbohydrates to fuel your workout. Make an effort to eat a bit more beforehand and throughout the day.

Have you posted your diet yet?

Yeah bro, I feel it the most with the flat bench press. Anything gets me lightheaded but not as lightheaded as the bench press.

I eat one hour before I hit the gym - Chicken breast and vegetables. I take amino acids with every meal plus vitamins. I've been checking my blood pressure and it is VERY HIGH!

Are you holding your breath for max weight presses? The lightheadedness is strange. I may get it for my 1st set in the morning but thats it. Does it always happen all the time? Can you pin point when it happens?

what are the vegies that you have with your chicken?? if they are high GI then you may be burning them too quick and hitting a low.

Try sweet potatoes or slower release carbs

I would need to concur with SMAN, that it may be low blood sugar.

happens at the end of my last rep when I lay down the weights. My breathing is good and no, i'm not holding my breath for max weight presses. Lately, tren and primo have taken my strength gains through the roof and i'm lifting wayyyy tooo much weight and this is the first time I see these types of strength gains. Would this have anything to do with it?

I wish I would answer that, but I'm not sure. My wife gets low blood sugar, and gets light headed. It may just be not enough nutrients. Are you over training?

I will need to go to the doctor to check my blood sugar. I think that's my best bet. Thank you all for your help.

no. I've been told that its either 1) you're dehydrated or 2) you're over doing it TOO FAST. And none of them apply to me. I drink 1.5 gallons of water/day and i eat wayyyy too good! This is the first time i touch primo and tren ...and first time i feel like this (dizzy).

Hmmm sorry, that one is beyond my talent to answer......

My blood pressure goes a little high while on cycle, but that never happened to me in the gym.... BUT that is not to say that it couldn't be the cause for you......

Try changing your carbs first and see if that helps, if not, then you may want checked.

do you take any HBP meds for it??

interesting. I don't mean to go out on a tangent here but I have a cousin who's been in jail for 5 years. He went in there skinny and now he's MASSIVE CUT and they feed them shitty ass food. How is it that he got massive and very lean with shitty food? I think its really all on genetics man.

NO, I am not a doctor, but I do play one on TV, so I can't tell you to take BP meds. and if its just while on cycle, then i would just keep a close eye on it .

Can't answer the jail question either.....but I know a lot of AAS can get smuggled in there among anything else they can pay for.......

I agree. Ever since my strength gains have gone through the rough, i've been pushing weight I never thought I would push. And ever since, I've been getting light headed.
