    Extreme Gyno Confusion

Hey guys, sorry for the long post, but im in a slum and i wanted to give a brief history so it would be a little easier to help me out. Thanks in advance fellas.

I have used letro before and have had great results. However, i had an estrogen rebound from it because i used way too little nolva after it and didnt taper off too properly. This rebound caused me to develop a lump behind only my left nipple so i immediately went on letro at full dose for 60 days to get rid of it.

Like all the other times where it had worked, this time it had not, and both nips are still the usual puffy and itchy (some good days some bad days) and the lump on the left nipple has either grown slightly or stayed the same, and is still extremely painful. Needless to say, my libido is dead, im dead at the gym, etc...so i decided to see an endocrinologist, but the appointment is in 1 month.

SO here is the question i have for the experts..since i stayed on letro for such a prolonged period of time, what would be the best way to atleast keep the gyno at bay, or at a minimum atleast not get it worse. Im tapering off the letro, and i really dont know how much nolva and/or clomid to take due to such long letro use. Would 20mgs/day nolvadex 100mgs/day clomid be enough till i see the doc may 10th?

the last time i had bloodwork done was about 6 months ago at an endo and i was fine, and he told me to "Forget about my gyno, cause its not that bad"...prior to that, i had bloodwork done at my physician and my prolactin was way too high, but my body balanced itself out when i got the next one at the endo that i just mentioned. the last time i took any drugs was pheraplex about a year ago...i was taking letro way after that to kill any gyno that i had, but the rebound from it just made things much worse...hope that explains anything.

if you end up having surgery make sure the dr removes that gland that creates the gyno, or it will just come back with future test use.

    AI's:
    Arimidex : 3-4 weeks @ .25mg or .5mg ed
    Letro: 3 weeks @ .25 or .5mg ed
    Aromasin : 3-4 weeks @ 20-25mg ed
    proviron 3-4 weeks @ 25mg-50mg ed

    SERMS:
    Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Tamoxifen : 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)

yea the gyno is pretty large on the left nipple, noticeably, and very sensitive..nothing like the right nipple that once in a while shows symptoms of an impending lump as the right nipple already has by just being puffy and itchy...erection is id say at about 85% but libido is gone pretty much...no realy cycles other than several designer drugs like pheraplex and superdrol which are "real" cycles due to the outcome...i really wasnt planning on surgery, hoping maybe to try some longterm tamoxifen treatment first since the gyno is relatively new..who knows i can get lucky, but odds are against me

Even after they remove the gland you are not free from gyno ever again. That is a common myth people have.
