How do you use clen?

I just ordered a bottle of clen to cut up for a photo shoot in late may. What kind of dosing should I be taking? Should I do a week on and a week off? When should I start taking it? Should I change up my routine? For the record my diet is very clean.

I know what the product is for and how it stimulates your beta receptors, I just want to know the best dossage because sometimes with supps the dose on the bottle isnt always the best way to go.
