    Pain In My.........

    bros, im on a TEST-E cycle right now and have only been pinning my delts and quads. but yesterday morning i pinned my glute for the first time (i was moving a little cuz i was in an awkward position). its getting really sore just curious if I missed my glute or not? im pretty sure i hit the spot (upper side glute) but how would I know if i missed my muscle in my glute? is this bad if I did?

    yes first glute injection... i figured that. theres no way i could miss the glute muscle right? thats just what im worryd about really. ive went thru this pain in the beginning of my cycle with my quads. just not this bad.
