    no pain no gain

    im on my 3rd week of my drol and sust cycle. im working out everyday except suday, my rest day. and ive been getting amzing pumps from the drol but im starting notice pain in my bicep when its pumped. i do 2 sets and am sore as hell. it blows up and after 2 sets and about 3 or four reps i can hardly do it. i push myself because i can get theough the pain. just wondering should i cut down on my dosage or what???? and also, when im working tris i get pumped for 5 minutes and thats about it. am i ust f*cked up or is this a common thing . input needed. thanks..

    your working out pretty hard based on 6 on 1 off hows your diet

    im working out pretty hard i guess. my diet is good. im trying to go for big gains but lean in a a sense. my diet is 3 full meals a day with healthy snacks in between light a puck of tuna or some pasta and fruit. breakfast is cereal and a breakfast sandwich from tim hortons LOL, not hard to tell im Canadian eh. lunch, chikcen and pasta, not sure measure ments but a shitload, and supper meat and potatoes with salad. water constantly all day. i work in shipping and receiving so pain could be due to overtraining since i am hauling boxes and crates all day. pain is a swollen straight pain. like my arm is stretching to much or sumthing.

    3 meals i work my ass off al day 8 to 5, not much time for more than that when your busy all day. i hit the gym at about 515 and go till 6 then head home for supper and then bed.

    how many calories protein carbs and fat are we talking about? how much water are you drinking daily? you can always preprepare food to take with you

    tim horton's lolll i'm canadcian too and i eat one tim's horton sandwich every morning..damn good! but don't count one there caloric and protein contain because they don't get you enough of you're daily intake...combine it with other stuff.

    haha this turned into my diet . my original question about my bis killing me. is it from the drol, i get a pump on and it feels like they might blow up. should i cut back on the dose or rest more and take an extra day off a week?

    six days a week is usually to much, de pends on you workouts though. How many sets per body part Etc.....

    along with what everyone else has said about overtraining, make sure you are drinking ample amounts of h20......it really does make a difference.

    The pain is your friend
    it means you are growing...
    Muscle wants to burst out your skin..
    if anything, put cocoa oil, n oil yourself up when u lift..
    it will help with stretch marks, and it also makes it look better
    its like cumming, like cumming all day
    There is no overtraining..
    I workout 5 hours a day, everyday!
    (ok i pretended to be arnold while writing this)
