test prop???
Just gonna start taking test prop for the first time, just wondering where is best to inject??? also is it best to do lots of heavy weights with short reps, or lots of reps to get my muscle hard and solid???
any help would be grateful

Inject ED andmake sure you dont hit a spot more then once every 7 days. Lift normal, exceed your last weight and/or reps, you dont have to do anything special to make it work better

Inject ED or atleast EOD, use a rotation including your shoulders, glutes, thighs, tris too if you like. 1" 25 g will be fine for all except the glutes, might need a 23g 1.5" ***ending on your body fat. Good luck! EOD might be best suited for a first timer!

just been searching your posts, one you state you have been working out for 2 years one says 4. you want some advice here you go;
be patient
train hard consistantly
eat good clean food
dont do anything yet your too far from your natural potentiel
gear isnt a magic answer that will make you a ripped monster, its more in the training, food and that magic ingredient dedication
