Your best bet would be to have a spot on diet and a solid cardio/training regime. These two will be the determining facotors in how much bf you loose over the course of your cut.

if your diet is golden you shouldnt have to worry about muscle loss, however if your looking to cut really big time, then yes the prop should be incorporated to minimize muscle loss.

well here's the thing. I have 22 days left. I posted this before but noone answered so reposted with a diff title. I've lost close to twenty pounds over 2 months with no help. now in the last three weeks I'm going to run eca and I'm looking a lil flat. I thought maybe if I added some prop for the last three weeks it would boost the aesthetics of my muscle bellies and give me a nice tight look. to be honest its all aesthetics. I would double the dose for the first two days to get levels up quick. u think this would work well?

prop wouldnt hurt, but what would really help is a tight diet, especially at 16% cut out your excess carbs/fats (most i would say), and up your protien, hit cardio in the AM before eating, im not an expert on fat loss, but it shouldnt be an amazing transformation in that short of a time period

Are you competeting or is this a recreational thing.

I ask because if its for recreational purposes than no need to worry really bro, i would run the eca stack w/o prop and drop as much bf as possible, dont worry about the flat look.

Once the cut is finished, when you up your cals, carbs, fats, etc... Your body and muscles will respond rather quickly, and in turn your muscles will naturally get bigger with more shape in them.

If its for recreational use than i dont think running prop is necessary, especially for just 3 weeks. I would save it for your next cycle.

However to get some size or shape back into your muscle groups, look into your diet and change some things around. Proteins, carbs, fats, total cals can be bumped up or down in order to manipulate how ones body looks week by week.

    yea right.

but to answer your question, yes prop wont retain much water like other test esters aiding a cutting diet.
