Anybody ever heard of steroids called "teardrops"

I was talking to my buddy the other day who is about to enter the training camp to be in the UFC and has been trainning in MMA and a bunch of other things that i have no clue what they are some roman grappling thing too, and he told me the other day during his matches a bunch of the guys he trains with use some liquid they drop into their eyes called teardrops, which is supposed to improve mental focus and make u more aggressive etc. he asked me the other day if I knew what they are b/c i know alot about steroids but I told him i'd never heard of them before and would research a little for him, he would like to start using them to b/c he's at the point in his career were he needs to turn it up a bit, I was wondering if anyone could to direct me on any information on these things

the word "teardrops" can be used as a slang to describe drugs in general, as for what your buddy saw/used i have no idea.
