Too early for absess?! help!

Just injected 1.6CCs of prop and npp into left delt. It feels like theres a little lump. I used a 1inch 25g pin and im fairly lean about 12%bf. So guarenteed I was in muscle. I pretty much went all the way in.

It doesnt really feel hot to touch like i mean my whole bodys kinda warm so its hard to tell and i dont have a fever just yet or anyting my temp I just checked is 36.5C i think fever is 37.5 and over? is it too early to tell if ill get one? or an infection?

Bro, no worries the oil probably just hasn't dispersed from under the skin. Give it a little time.
