I need good advice !!!
Hello everyone. This is a long one but I hope someone can give me the right advice and answers to the questions. I play hockey and need to put 10-15lbs on this off season and work on my speed and explosion. Im 5'10" 182lbs. I work out 5 days a week and have never cycled before. I am trained from June-Sept by a trainer who specializes in hockey training. I will be random tested up to 3 times from September to April. Eq/prop has been said to be the way to go. I read eq id not good because of its period in the system. What would prop by itself do? What gains can you keep as far as weight/strngth from just prop? Is there a better cycle for me? Also, how dangerous is it to take any cycle if Im on adderall for adhd? I cant find any info on the 2 together. Thanks for reading this. Good luck

age,wieght,training exp,cycle history blah blah blah
