I need some help keeping up with the young guys on the courts. I am 5'9 160 40yrs old. In pretty good physical condition but looking for more endurance and general strength without putting on to much weight. Not sure of body fat. Guestimation 15%. Need some wisdom. If you couldn't tell by user name it suggests my occupation.

Someone else can check my recommendation? I'd recommend testosterone and equipoise . Testosterone kind of does whatever you want it to do, equipoise (among many things) increases RBC count a good amount which would increase endurance. If you aren't training or eating a hypercaloric diet for mass you aren't going to put it on; Which wouldn't slow you down.

i wouldnt recommend two compounds stick with one but you may be subject to drug test so hows your diet? it can make a big difference and there is some suppliments out there that can raise your testosterone without worry of the doping guys but if your looking in that direction aas theres alot of things to consider. if test is your idea id go test e or c for a first cycle. exactly what are you looking to do? i see without much weight gain which usually comes with test ***ending on different factors.i would def do some research before venturing that way.thats my opinion and im sure youll get more input there is alot of knowledge here so good luck

Thanks for the info. Don't have to worry about testing. Diet is descent, could always be better. Take natural suspension gel supplements. Just looking for more endurance or stamina, and increase muscle without to much bulking.

If you dont worry about testing just use a low dose of test such as 250mg per week this will give you higher than a young mans level of test but it wont give you enough to put weight on you unless you eat a lof of course.
