steriods wont do anything at all to help you. You need to learn what, when, and how to eat. Its a very common problem. I once was very close to your size 5 years ago. about 2 years ago I learned how to eat and I 235lb now and gaining. go to the diet forum and find a mass gaing diet and stick to it for a few months you get gains you wernt thought were possible!

Although I do understand that you would be much better off doing roids if you were bigger and more experienced with training, I also understand that if you have already made up your mind to juice, we won't change it.
If I were you, I would use a cycle that includes Testosterone and Equipoise . Eq will make you hungry, extremely hungry. The truth is, you need to eat ten times as much as you usually do, alot of protein and carbohydrates. If you really want to juice, you need to be EXTREMELY DISCIPLINED. Also, don't make the same mistakes everyone else makes, prepare for your cycle and do your research.
If youre going to do it, do it right. Get your hands on some kind of Testosterone Blend, a mix of different esters, a vial of EQ, a bottle of Nolvadex and Clomid and a couple kits of HCG . Then fill up your freezer with every kind of meat you can find, plan a carefully designed diet and stick to it.

Reason being you have only been in the gym for 8 months, your tendons, joints, ligaments arent strong enough (yet) to withstand the enormous strength gains one can make off of a cycle.
The bigger you want to get, the more weight you have to push, your joints, tendons, and ligaments arent ready for that huge surge of weight yet. And pushing them too much and causing a great deal of stress on them, could make them buckle and eventually a serious injury could occur.

Ugh...... Now I understand why you guys get crabby sometimes.
I am surprised how many posts I see like this. Where people want to go right to the steroids , when they don't even know how to do natural bodybuilding yet.
There should be a sticky that says "If you don't have extensive knowledge about bodybuilding, gear won't help you."

Umm...How big do you want to get. It is a well-known fact that after awhile, a man who eats like a 220lb man will be a 220lb man. Your not taking in enough try working out and eating 6000 Calories a day you can do it, I did and I put on 25 lbs naturally. EAT MORE!!!!

realy man in the end if you dont do things right like PCT and eat alot you could end up alot smaller than you started. It is just alot easyer to learn how to eat first and get a strong base like GHO5T said so your body is somwhat acustom to geting bigger. I swear in my opinon this is the very fastest and best way for you to go to get big.

i'm the same height as you, and i've been your size and i know the desire to roid but you really don't have to.. yet. there will be a time.
at least get to 175 or so with a low bodyfat percentage beforehand. for now, hit up gnc. no, look for what you want at gnc. and then buy that stuff online for half the price.
there are a ton of supplements you can get. no xplode, creatine, thermolife e-bol, molecular nutrition X Factor, cytogainer, animal pak vitamins, whatever your heart desires. you only really need: a good multivitamin, creatine, maybe something for pre work out (like no xplode), and whey protein.
on top of that just stuff your face with food. not like double what you are eating now, not triple. eat nonstop, until you are so full you are about to throw up and then eat again within an hour, 2 hours tops.
try to eat as clean as possible: chicken, tuna, eggs, sushi, oatmeal, cottage cheese, almonds, etc. check out the diet forum for more on this. this really isn't as important as making sure you completely stuff your face, but it is important.
if you train really hard especially focusing on powerlifts (deadlifts, bench, squats - DO ALL THREE)
i guarantee you will be to 175 in less than a year, probably 6 monthes.
as for what your friends say, don't do deca on your first cycle, just do the sus 2 times a week for 10-12 weeks. you can go ahead and not listen to me if you've got your mind set on it, but you really aren't gonna gain that much doing roids now (I've seen it), and you'll be a lot happier if you wait (like being 200 pounds of muscle instead of 167.. tops).

I agree with the post above, though money for expensive GNC supplements is better spent on gym memberships and whey IMO...wouldn't even use them outside the basics Gooer outlined...Good Luck

Plain and simple you need to learn how to eat. You obviously aren't eating enough to grow. Also, you have only been in the gym 8 months. You have to put forth effort to grow. No one here will advise that you venture into AAS use with your stats. It would be a waste.
I would recommend that you check out the diet forum and become dedicated to eating right. If you're diet is on point you will grow like a w e e d.

Train for a few more years yet and build a base to work from before considering AAS. Also concentrate on food this will build mass and is the key to serious growth.
