I am think of running proviron long term 6+ months @ 50mg/ed.
Has anyone tried this.? and how would the old liver be during this?

Would you be wanting to do that to keep your sex drive up? It is an interesting question, It did cross my mind for that purpose. I looked it up in my prescription guide and it says 25mg 3x ed then reduce to 1 - 2 x ed max 3 months. I don't think it's that liver toxic but I believe it should be cycled like all other steroids . It is a mild androgen and taking it long term could saturate your receptors, making it ineffective eventually. I'm a huge fan of proviron

I'd be looking @ your prostate, not your liver..

like skipp said it wont hurt your liver .... but prostate is a diff story
